Professional:
Ulysses joined Portfolio Advisors, Inc. as an intern in June 2026 after graduating from Fresno State with a degree in economics. After completing his three-month internship, he became a part-time Paraplanner, supporting the firm’s advisors with client service and financial planning.
At Fresno State, Ulysses was involved in the Economics Student Association and earned President’s List honors twice. He is currently studying for the Series 65 exam and plans to pursue the Certified Financial Planner™ certification as he continues building his career in financial planning. Ulysses enjoys connecting with clients, expanding his financial knowledge, and helping make complex financial topics easier to understand.
Personal:
Outside of work, Ulysses enjoys reading, working out, walking his yellow Labrador, “Q,” and playing golf at courses throughout the Fresno area. He is one of six siblings and is the second youngest in his family.
Having grown up in a soccer family, Ulysses played collegiate soccer at the College of the Sequoias and remains involved in the sport as head coach of the Lindsay Junior Cardinals boys’ soccer team. He also enjoys following his favorite club, Manchester United, throughout the season.
