When You’re Facing More Than Paperwork

You might be:

  • Named an executor, trustee, or beneficiary and unsure where to start
  • Drowning in forms, deadlines, or unfamiliar terminology
  • Struggling to coordinate between banks, custodians, and family members
  • Wondering what’s required — and what’s optional — in the estate process

We understand. And we’re here to help — with professional experience and empathy.

Our Estate Settlement Service is tailored to your situation. Common areas of support include:

  • Coordinating communication with banks, custodians, and retirement plan administrators
  • Helping collect and complete paperwork (death claim forms, title transfers, etc.)
  • Researching investments and post-death distribution options
  • Providing administrative support and a clear task timeline
  • Assisting with beneficiary forms and asset transfers
  • Referring you to legal and accounting professionals, when appropriate
  • Educating you on tax and financial implications in plain language

You’ll always work directly with a Portfolio Advisors professional — someone who listens, explains, and keeps you informed every step of the way.

Save time, confusion and stress.

This service is billed hourly at $450/hour, with a maximum prepayment amount of $1,200 collected upfront. We provide monthly invoices outlining the time spent and the services completed.

There is no one-size-fits-all estate — and we’ll make sure you’re only paying for the support you actually need.

The Process

1. Initial Consultation

You’ll meet with an advisor to share your situation and goals. We’ll explain what’s involved and confirm what kind of help you may need.

2. Customized Agreement

After reviewing your documents, we’ll create a personalized agreement with:

  • Scope of services (Schedule A)
  • Estimated fees (Schedule B)
  • A clear plan to move forward

3. Ongoing Support

We’ll begin work as outlined, provide monthly updates, and stay in regular contact. You can securely upload documents via your client portal.

4. Final Meeting

When services are complete, we’ll hold a closing consultation to deliver any final recommendations, documents, or outstanding follow-ups.

We’ll guide you through each step, so you know what comes next.

Ready to Talk?

You don’t need to have everything figured out — just a desire to move forward with clarity and support.
