Beyond the Goal: Portfolio Advisors Inc. at the 2026 Central California Women’s Conference

Portfolio Advisors Inc. was proud to return to the Central California Women’s Conference (CCWC) on September 15, 2026, for another great day of learning, connection, and community.

This year was particularly special for our team as we served as the Opening Session Sponsor for the morning’s Fierce Fresno Females session, helping kick off a day centered around the conference theme, “Beyond the Goal.” It was a great way to start the morning and celebrate women making a difference throughout Fresno and the Central Valley.

Tina Mistry Presents “Money, Taxes & Power: What Every Woman Needs to Know”

Another highlight of the conference was seeing Tina Mistry, CFP®, CEO and President of Portfolio Advisors Inc., take the stage for her breakout session, “Money, Taxes & Power: What Every Woman Needs to Know.”

Tina shared practical financial insights designed to help women better understand their finances, make informed decisions, and take a more active role in planning for their future. The session created an opportunity to talk openly about money and taxes while addressing financial decisions women may encounter throughout different stages of life.

It was great to see attendees join the conversation, ask questions, and spend time learning more about their financial futures. Financial education is an important part of what we do at Portfolio Advisors Inc., and we appreciated the opportunity to bring that conversation to CCWC.

Going “Beyond the Goal” With Mia Hamm

The excitement continued with this year’s keynote speaker, Mia Hamm, two-time Olympic gold medalist and FIFA Women’s World Cup champion.

Hearing from one of the most accomplished athletes in women’s soccer was a memorable part of the day and a fitting addition to this year’s “Beyond the Goal” theme. Her keynote brought the conference together and added even more energy to a day focused on women, leadership, growth, and looking toward what comes next.

Some of the best moments from the speech include subjects of imposter syndrome, personal challenges Mia faced as an athlete and balncing her time as a mother, star and athlete. She was truly an inspiring keynote speaker!

Connecting With Women Across the Central Valley

One of our favorite parts of CCWC each year is having the opportunity to connect with women from throughout the Central Valley.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, attended Tina’s breakout session, spoke with our team, or simply stopped to say hello. We enjoyed reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting so many new people throughout the day.

We’re grateful to the Central California Women’s Conference for another wonderful event and for the opportunity to serve as the Opening Session Sponsor for Fierce Fresno Females. Thank you as well to the organizers, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, and everyone behind the scenes who helped bring this year’s conference together.

Portfolio Advisors Inc. was proud to spend another CCWC going Beyond the Goal alongside so many women from our community.
